Slastyonoff’s naming of this gallery “Sapphire” perhaps speaks to the undeniable preciousness that this model embodies. Just as the sapphire gem is sought after and its possession is prized by many . . . this exotic beauty could certainly be linked with the desirability of the sapphire gem. Close up photographs of Lida’s lovely face are plentiful in this gallery that is comprised of over 150 photographs. Her large almond-shaped brown eyes are captivating. Her lips and the contours of her cheeks and chin are impeccable.
The photo shoot by Slastyonoff opens with Lida scantily wrapped in a thick colorful blanket against a backdrop of natural lighting steaming in from an oversized window. She looks coyly at the camera before she sheds the wrap that occludes her lean and toned physique. Her long black hair is an instrument that teases the camera with glimpses of the beauty that her glowing face emanates.
Slastyonoff’s attempt to feature Lida’s exquisitely formed buttocks is successful on so many levels and in so many of the photographs within this series. Slastyonoff features Lida’s bottom perched nude upon a crimson colored stool against a backdrop of white light. The focus is undeniably on her sweetheart shaped buttocks. In one of the photos, she knees within close range of Slastyonoff’s camera and the fringes of her ebony hair can be seen skimming the space just above the smallness of her smooth back.
Despite Lida’s petite stature, her breasts are exceptionally full and her olive skin tones are extremely appealing. Her nipples are perfectly proportioned to the size of her breasts as is the rest of her luminescent figure. This is the effect that Slastyonoff has managed to achieve. Many of the photographs in this gallery are without borders and are set amidst a background of glowing light. Lida’s commanding presence is boundless and intriguing. She is a creature that demands attention in a contradictory manner. She is captured by Slastyonoff as an individual who is reserved and mysterious yet she offers inspection of every curve and slope of her form.
Slastyonoff uses natural lighting in this gallery to emphasize the curvaceous and voluptuous physique of Lida. Both of these polarities offer a unique viewpoint of Lida’s beauty.
